New Study Begins April 10
BEING UNITED METHODIST CHRISTIANS
On April 10th, we begin a six week online series entitled, “Being United Methodist Christians.” Join us Wednesday nights at 6:30pm via the church zoom link. Rev. Miller and Deacon Ballew will be leading these weekly sessions exploring what it means to be a United Methodist. Whether you are a long time United Methodist, brand new to Methodism, or simply exploring what it means to be Methodist, we invite you to join us for these weekly gatherings from 6:30-7:30 pm.
How may we describe United Methodists? Where do we come from? What do we believe? How do United Methodists act? What are our distinctive characteristics? What is required to be a member of our denomination? How do we grow as disciples of Jesus Christ within this great communion?
In this resource, we offer answers to these questions and others in broad strokes as we describe our United Methodist Church. We will introduce you to how United Methodists live and think as followers of Jesus Christ.
