This study will begin on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 Managing Our Emotions, A Children’s Study will air LIVE on the Engage Children’s Ministry Facebook page on Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm from July 7 to August 18, 2020.
The United Methodist Church is responding to God’s call to rise together to end racism. As Grace UMC prepares to serve in this ministry, along with churches across the Baltimore-Washington Conference, our first steps include listening and learning together as a congregation. Anyone who is active in the Grace UMC community is invited to join a new conversation series offered by William Ripley called Exploring Race with Grace. Beginning July 8, this group will meet Wednesdays at 6:30pm, by Zoom, for eight weeks. You may participate by phone or internet connection. Registration is required for each participant. Please contact Pastor Helen, the co-facilitator, for details and to sign up: firstname.lastname@example.org or 301-926-8688 ext. 20.

Gaithersburg HELP is in serious need of food as well as financial donations due to the huge increase in community need. Because many people have asked how they can help, we are offering the following three options―drop food off to either of two locations, ship food, or donate money. Details are provided below. Please note that if you already have an organization or friend collecting food for HELP, you may continue using that approach. Please follow this LINK for further instruction! Thank you for your concern and God bless you!
